At Neo Edo, every product is made with attention to quality. As many of our products are manufactured on demand, we maintain the following policy:
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed and delivered within 15–20 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Returns
We only accept returns if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- You receive the wrong product.
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your Order ID, clear photos, and an unboxing video showing the damage.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for any order.
- Refund requests due to size issues, change of mind, color preference, or incorrect ordering will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
